The standard delay to get a reply to your feedback is 1 or 2 days (Monday to Friday). During peak period (like Christmas, release of major new product it can take up to 5 days).
You DO NOT need to send multiple e-mail, you will get a confirmation that we have received your email, and we answer every request.

Before you write us, check the FAQ below, you might find an immediate answer to your question.

Q. What is the shipping cost?
A. To find out the shipping cost (and the various shipping options), please create an order on the shop and checkout without finalizing it. The shipping options and the shipping cost will be displayed depending on your location. The cost varies with your parcel weight, therefore it is the only way to really know what you will pay for shipping an order.

Q. Yesterday I ordered a product with '24 Hours' stock status, and I didn't receive my package.
A. '24 Hours' means we will prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of a working day, it is NOT related to the delay for delivery. The delay for delivery depends on the shipping method you selected. Also, please keep in mind that we are only working Monday to Friday. So if you ordered late Friday afternoon, we will start processing your order Monday morning. Finally some orders need an extra verification to protect us against fraud, which can take up to 48h.

Q. The tracking number I received doesn't work.
A. With FedEx Express tracking numbers, please wait at least 1 day (Monday to Friday) to see any update on their system. With Canadapost tracking numbers, it can take 2 to3 days before the tracking become active in their database. If you chose FedEx and your address is a PO/FPO/APO box, we automatically switched your shipping method to USPS Priority as FedEx does not deliver to this kind of address. Delivery with this courier is 2 to 4 days, and the tracking number requires 1 to 2 days to show up on the Canadapost/USPS system.

Q. I chose Registered Air Mail shipping, and I didn't receive my parcel yet.
A. Delivery time with Air Mail shipping varies a lot. Most of the time, it depends of the time the customs take to release the package. It can take 1 to 7 weeks. Past those 7 weeks, we can ask Canadapost to trace the package. If they find that the package is lost, we will then ship you another one.

Q. I entered the wrong state/province.
A. If the zip code you entered is correct, do not worry, we will simply correct it for you.

Q. I got the wrong FedEx tracking number. This package was delivered in 2003.
A. Don't worry. FedEx re-use tracking number, that's why. Retry this number in few hours, or tomorrow (monday to friday).

Q. I sent a email for support and I didn't got any answer.
A. Please wait two (2) business days (ex: if you send a email late thursday, wait until late monday). If after this delay you didn't got any answer, please send a second email, but use another email address because sometimes misconfigured spam filter are blocking our reply.
