FEEDBACK - TECHNICAL QUESTION
The standard delay to get a reply to your feedback is 1 or 2 days (Monday to Friday).
During peak period (like Christmas, release of major new product it can take up to 5 days).
You DO NOT need to send multiple e-mail, you will get a confirmation that we have received
your email, and we answer every request.

Q. I'm am not able to program my XBIT, and the seal is broken. A. The new X-B.I.T V1.5
requires the V1.5 software applications, it will not work with 1.0 apps. DMS now pre-tested each
XBIT with a Linux BIOS before shipment. To do so they must break the seal on the XBIT.
Q. My product doesn't work.
A. Many of the products we sell are complex to install, yet have very low defective rate. If your
product appears not to work, it is most likely a problem of installation. Please refer to the product
official website or to support forum for assistance. A list of useful website can be found below.

A. If the information you are looking for (diagrams, instructions etc.) can not be found on the product

A. Please wait two (2) business days (ex: if you send a email late thursday, wait until late monday). If after this delay you didn't got any answer,
