GENERAL INFORMATION
Shipping Policy
Information about your package will be sent to you by e-mail upon processing by our shipping department. Eventually a tracking number and the URL where you can check your package location will be supplied depending on the shipping method you selected.
Remember that product on stock status '24 hours' are shipped normally within
1 open day, '3 days' within 3 open days, '10 days' within 10 open
days and finally 'Pre Order' when the product is released.
The stock status is an indicator, and not a warranty. We may need a small extra delay to verify few orders against fraudulent transaction.
Orders paid by credit card or unverified Paypal accounts need to be verified with customer and/or bank. This
process might take 1 to 2 extra days.
The following methods are available for shipping:
- XpressPost Canada (Canada Only) : 1 to 2 open days. Basic insurance of 100$CAD. Can be tracked on:
www.canadapost.ca
- International Air Mail (All countries worldwide) : 1 to 8 weeks. (if there is no custom delay, the standard delay is 2-3 weeks on the east coast of usa, and 4-5 week on the west coast). Basic insurance of 70$USD. Can't be tracked online, but after 7 weeks, canadapost can trace the package.
- Expedited Parcel (USA Only) : 1 to 2 weeks. Only available for heavy weight order. Insurance equal to the declared value. Can be tracked on:
www.canadapost.com and later on www.usps.com
- FedEx Express (All countries worldwide) : Overnight to USA, 48 to 72 hours worldwide. Insurance equal to the declared value. Can be tracked on:
www.fedex.com
All Fedex orders to PO/APO/FPO BOX will be automatically switched to XpressPost / USPS Priority, as Fedex does NOT deliver
to such addresses.
