GENERAL INFORMATION
Customer's Service & Warranty
If you have any question on some material you acquired from Divineo, you can
contact us for further explanations.
We offer a warranty of 60 days on all our products. During this timeframe, all repairs for regular use of our material are free with the following conditions:
For products D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival):
1. If your items have been damaged during the shipping, you must contact your courier as soon as possible
to fill a claim.
2. You must email us, to inform us of the situation within 1 week.
3. If the product is truly defective, we will authorize you to send the product back, and we will ship a
new item as soon as we get the defective one.
4. Shipping charges by ground mail are at the expense of Divineo (from Divineo to your home only). Overnight shipping is available, but optional.
5. In case the product is no longer in stock, you will have three choices: We reimburse you the product price, or we
replace it when new stocks are available, or we replace it with a similar product of your choice.
For products that are returned but are not defective:
1. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
2. A 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $9.00/product will be kept.
3. All returns must be shipped with the original packing materials. If the product need to be tested by a tech,
variable fee may apply.
4. Refunds will be issued on your credit card, by Paypal or by check within 21 business days of return. There is no
refund on shipping charge
For products that break during the 60 days warranty:
1. You must email us, to inform us of the situation, and to have an authorization to return the product.
2. As soon as we get the product, we give ourselves a period of 2 weeks to try to repair. If we are not able to,
we will send a new product.
3. Shipping charges by ground mail are at the expense of Divineo (from Divineo to your home only). Overnight shipping is available, but optional.
4. In case the product is no longer in stock, you will have three choices: We reimburse you the product price, or we
replace it when new stocks are available, or we replace it with a similar product of your choice.
All products that were clearly damaged by the client will be repaired at his/her own cost. (For example because of bad
flashes on chips etc.)
REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds on chips and such only if returned unused/solder-attempted. Otherwise, exchange only.
We will have the product tested by our technicians to ensure that the chips and such materials are faulty.
- Refund amount would ONLY be the amount given at the lowest price we have sold the product for.
- Restocking fee applies on returns. - We are not responsible for damage to machines, warranty void and such which
are solely at your risk.
